We focus on establishing regular, consistent eating patterns and reducing behaviours that maintain the cycle. This stage helps create stability and a foundation for meaningful change.

Understanding Patterns

We explore the thoughts, beliefs, and habits that drive your relationship with food and your body. This helps you develop awareness and begin shifting unhelpful patterns.

Creating Lasting Change

The final stage focuses on building flexibility, strengthening self-trust, and maintaining progress long-term so the changes you make feel sustainable beyond the program.
